WHAT IS PAPARAZZI JEWELRY MADE OF? IS IT "HYPOALLERGENIC"?
"Hypoallergenic" means "below normal" allergenic.  Jewelry that has been classified as hypoallergenic means that it contains little to no potentially irritating alloys, such as nickel and lead.  Hypoallergenic jewelry is created from pure metals such as gold, silver and other fine metals.

Paparazzi jewelry is made primarily of steel and aluminum with other harmless metals mixed in.  Although Paparazzi jewelry is not classified as hypoallergenic, in regards to lead & nickel content, Paparazzi jewelry meets applicable consumer safety laws and regulations in the United States, including California’s Proposition 65. 
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.  
If you have received a damaged item, we are sorry! We check all items for damage prior to shipping. However, sometimes breakage occurs during shipping and while we believe we package our items with care and consideration for its journey, we know we cannot control and protect against all shipping conditions. 
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us within three days of delivery by emailing a photo of the broken item AND include a detailed description of the damage. This helps us ascertain how we can prevent this from happening again.

Often times what appears to be "broken" is just a loose ring ring. We can guide you in fixing this.
If the item cannot be fixed, and it is still in-stock, you will be sent a replacement.
If the item is no longer in-stock, you will be issued a credit for another item. Shipping will not be refunded or credited.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this policy at any time, for any reason.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE?
Please verify the address you provided was correct.  If it was correct, contact USPS to submit a Search Request.  After USPS has completed their investigation, we may be able to assist with replacing your items.  Please email us and provide the USPS documentation.

If the address you provided was incorrect, please notify us by email and we will attempt to recover and reroute the package.  If the package is not recoverable, and you want the items replaced, you will have to repurchase the items.
